Most footwear leaves your feet cramped and crammed. While your hands get to reign free all day your toes are neglected. This can affect your balance, coordination and agility. Not to mention a lot of people suffer from bunions, hammer toes and plantar fasciitis. If you’re wearing heels or tight dress shoes five days a week the least you can do is put on some yoga toes in your downtime to correct that unnatural situation you’re putting yourself in.
