A lot of people ask me about my diet and what I eat on a regular basis.

Right now, I’m fully committed to the plant based diet and I couldn’t be any more happy.

What is the plant based diet? Mostly plants.

The good news is, chocolate is a plant and so is coconut!

Nourish your mind and body and satiate your hunger with healthy fats, protein and fiber!

CHOCOLATE + COCONUT = PARADISE INSIDE YOUR BODY.

Coconut is a super-nutrient food, nourishes your brain and body, satiating hunger with healthy fats, protein and fiber.

When you eat coconut, the MCTs it contains are transported from the intestinal tract to the liver and immediately transformed into fuel.

This then means there is very little fat left to circulate and leave deposits in the body.
